| Dear Mr. Sopo, Joy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your services in selling our house in Long Beach, Ca. You know the circumstances that made the sale of our house particularly difficult for us, and consequently for you. We live in Strasburg, Pennsylvania, almost three-thousand miles away. We were able to make the sale without once havingt to travel to California. You found an escrow officer for us, provided the necessary arrangements to make the title transfer back to our name, you arranged the inspections and found all the trades' people required to make the cecessary repairs; you took care of the termites, provided all the correspondence and coordination and always kept us informed through e-mail, text or telephone. One thing that really helped us through the process of finding a buyer and completing the sale, was that you placed the utilities in your name so the house could be shown properly and the repairs could be made -- you even mowed the lawn for us! We have sold many homes in our lifetime, and we have never found a realtor who provided the service, care and communication through the entire process that you have. It is clear to us that you are a true professional, one who goes the limit to assure that every item is addressed and resolved. This could have been a nightmare for us, requiring us to travel to California, find trades people to make the repairs, and cost us untold expenses in the process. It may be hard for you to imagine the amount of trust we placed in you, a person we only knew through reputation -- we had to rely on your expertise and judgment throught the entire process and trust that you would get it done.
